You've fixed it three times. It came back three times. At some point it stops being a strategy problem.
I work with leaders who are doing everything right and still hit a wall. Not strategy. Not skills. What's running underneath all of it.
I don't teach you anything new. I show you how to use two things you were born knowing how to do: letting go, and listening to your body. Most people stopped using both somewhere around the age of six. Relearn them and you stay calm under pressure, see clearly, and grow from what used to knock you down.
Nothing invented. Nothing to believe. The mind's job is to protect you, and it does that with assumptions it picked up when you were a child. You can't switch it off. You can let go of what it is protecting, and then it gets quiet on its own. Your body knows what is true before your head does. I ask the questions that get you there.
The skills stay with you. What you use me for changes: first getting unstuck, then growing.
Simple, and in that order.
You lead people and carry more than you say.
You have tried a lot, understand a lot, and something still does not move.
You are willing to look at what is running you, not just at the plan.
You want your own mind back, not more advice.
You want a strategy, a framework, or someone to tell you what to do.
You want a quick fix and no part in it.
You need therapy or medical care. This is neither, and I will say so.
I am Guido Walter. I was born in Germany and have lived in San Francisco since 1998. I have coached leaders and executives one to one since 2011, in English, German and Spanish, mostly online, often from somewhere else in the world.
My work rests on two natural abilities everyone has: letting go, and using the body to reach what you already know. I have used both myself for a long time, and I teach them in plain words. No wellness language, no jargon, no promises. Just questions, and what they open up.
The first conversation is thirty minutes and free. You decide what happens after.
